History The Packard plate shows the car was sold by Dohler Brothers, Inc of Pittsburgh, PA. I am fortunate to have the original Packard Owner's Service Card. Click here to see the card. The original owner was Albert E Mowry of Pittsburgh, PA. who purchased the car on April 24th of 1937. The service card also says the original engine was stamped with X137174, and the engine still wears that stamp: Papers with the car A State of Ohio Certificate of Title dated March 26, 1952 shows Mrs. Albert Mowry, Bloomdale, Ohio owns the car. A service stub from McHaffie's Garage, Bloomdale, Ohio dated October 1965 says the car is still in Ohio. The owner is not listed on the stub. In May of 2003 the car appears with Richard H David of Middle Bass, Ohio. Michael W Slutz of Bolivar, OH. owned the car in 2009 when it was purchased by Keith Watson of Warren, Ohio. In 2012, the car is in central New York State. Back
