Starting from the top down, the rams come off.

The exhaust manifolds are unique to cross ram cars.

This one was full of corn.


No surprise that the carbs were in need of attention.

Those copper pipes across the valley pan are for the heater.

The dual point tach drive distributor disassembled.

The degreasing starts.

Pieces are cleaned and prepared for paint.


The distributor is done.

The power steering pump assembly is next.

Power steering pump completed.

A motor mount is ready.

The block is cleaned.

The various spark plug wire towers are coated with rubber.

The alternator as removed. This is the correct wide-fin 61 style.

The alternator after clean and clear coat.

One exhaust manifold completed.

The other exhaust manifold completed.

Starting in on the ram manifolds.

Ready for paint.

I used Apex Red 3163075 from Cummins.

The carbs in process.

Components going back onto the engine and before you know it......
